Honors Digest

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10 a.m. MST

The Honors Digest is our newsletter sent to all Barrett students, faculty, and staff to inform them of opportunities being offered within Barrett and throughout the ASU community. All students who enroll in Barrett are automatically subscribed to the Honors Digest.

Campus newsletters

Mondays, 8 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. MST

Our campus newsletters (Downtown, Polytechnic, Tempe, West Valley, Online) connect Barrett students to activities and opportunities on their respective campus. Students are automatically subscribed to their primary campus’ newsletter, and have the opportunity to opt in to other campus’ newsletter at any time.

Internship and Research Roundup

Wednesdays (biweekly), 8 a.m. MST

The Internship and Research Roundup is shared with all Barrett students to provide them with exclusive research and internship opportunities with ASU and employers in the community.

Submission guidelines

Please adhere to all the following instructions or your submission will not be posted.

  • Please fill out the form completely and answer all prompts to the best of your ability.
  • Submissions must be made by 5 p.m. two business days before the desired send date. Earlier submissions are encouraged. Last minute submissions will not be accepted.
  • Barrett-affiliated items will be posted a maximum of two times, while ASU/Community submissions will only be featured once.
  • Campus newsletters are limited to 10 articles per edition, while the Honors Digest and Internship and Research Roundup are limited to 12 per edition.
  • Do not make multiple submissions for the same announcement, event, or opportunity. Duplicate submissions will not be accepted.
  • The opportunity being submitted must be relevant to or take place on the campuses indicated.
  • Focus groups, surveys, or any other solicitation of human subjects outside of students doing research for their Honors thesis will not be accepted.
  • Attachments, pictures, or flyers of any kind will not be accepted.
  • Employers submitting an internship opportunity to the Internship and Research Roundup should first have their job posting listed on ASU Handshake.
